We stand in solidarity with everyone affected by the situation in Ukraine. We believe it is important that family and friends can stay in touch during this prolonged and very distressing time.
That’s why we made calls and text messages from Ukraine to the Netherlands free of charge. As of March 1, 2024, strongly reduced rates apply for calling and texting to Ukraine. Specifically, €0.23 per minute to call Ukraine from the Netherlands and €0.07 per text message. This applies to customers with a mobile subscription. For landline calls, the rate is €0.23 per minute to Ukraine. Until March 1, 2024, calling and texting to Ukraine is free of charge. Data usage in Ukraine is charged at the regular bundle rate of €2.50 per MB.
These prices apply for consumers until December 1, 2025. Depending on the situation in Ukraine, we will announce periodically whether this period will be extended.
