DELTA will adjust a number of TV channel packages. An additional package will be introduced, several channels will be reorganized and added, and a number of channels within existing packages will be discontinued.
DELTA will introduce the additional package BBC Total, in which the BBC channels will be bundled. The most popular BBC channel, BBC NL, will remain available in the basic TV package.
BBC Total includes BBC One, BBC Two, BBC News, BBC Three/CBBC and BBC Four/CBeebies. These channels offer a broad mix of British series, documentaries, news, entertainment and children’s programming. The package will be available starting March 5, 2026 for 2 euros per month and is offered as an add-on to the basic TV package.
As of April 21, 2026, all BBC channels, except for BBC NL, will move from the basic TV package to BBC Total.
Sky News will be added to the basic TV package. This channel is a leading international news network providing 24/7 updates, live coverage and in-depth reporting on global news, politics and the economy.
DELTA will also further expand the radio offering within the basic TV package. The following stations will be added: Qmusic Foute Uur, Qmusic '90s & '00s, Qmusic Top 40, Qmusic Summer, Qmusic Nederlandstalig, Joe Non-Stop, Radio Noordzee and Grand Prix Radio.
In addition, the channels Love Nature, W-Sport and Qmusic Kijk Live will be added to both the Extra TV package and the Unlimited Entertainment package. At that time, the channels 3sat, KiKa, Kabel Eins, SLAM! TV, Fashion TV and Dusk Deluxe! will be discontinued within these packages.
Dorcel TV will move from the Adult package to the Extra TV and Unlimited Entertainment packages, and Dorcel XXX will be added to the Adult package.
The channel InPlus will be discontinued as of May 31, 2026.
Television usage has evolved in recent years. Whereas television previously consisted primarily of fixed channel packages, many viewers now combine linear TV with streaming services or additional TV packages and make more targeted choices. One example is the Unlimited Entertainment package, which offers a combination of additional television channels and Videoland.
At the same time, costs are increasing and agreements within the television market regarding content, sports rights and international channels are changing. These developments are affecting the entire market.
DELTA is adjusting its TV offering accordingly in order to keep it as affordable and attractive as possible for a broad group of customers. A distinction is made between a comprehensive basic TV package and additional TV packages tailored to specific interests, such as entertainment, movies or sports. We continuously monitor which channels are widely viewed and align the basic package accordingly.
Examples of additional TV packages include DELTA Unlimited Entertainment, DELTA Extra TV, BBC Total, ESPN Complete and Ziggo Sport. This ensures that customers pay for the content they actually watch and value. In this way, we are building a more flexible TV model.
