DELTA Fiber and Open Dutch Fiber are pleased to announce that they will be working together. Under this agreement, DELTA will for the first time offer its telecom services to consumers over the fiber network of another network owner. As a result, households connected to the Open Dutch Fiber network will gain access to DELTA’s internet, television and phone services.
The partnership starts with more than 200,000 addresses on the Open Dutch Fiber network. These are addresses in a range of municipalities, including Sittard-Geleen, Roosendaal, Venlo, Woerden and Kerkrade. In a single step, this significantly expands DELTA Fiber’s reach. At the end of this year, DELTA will announce which subscriptions will become available at these addresses. Service starts early next year. The agreement also creates opportunities to expand that reach further in the years ahead.
The fiber networks of Open Dutch Fiber and DELTA Fiber are located in different areas and complement each other well geographically. Both companies have chosen to make smart use of existing networks. This gives more households access to DELTA’s offering, while residents on Open Dutch Fiber’s open network can choose from a wider range of providers and services.

For DELTA Fiber, the agreement marks a new phase. It is the first time the telecom company will deliver broadband services to consumers over a fiber network that it does not own and operate itself.
