Legal changes DELTA and CAIW group

Huib Costermans has been appointed CFO for the group management of DELTA and CAIW, starting 1 August. Costermans has many years of experience in the telecom branch and was CFO at the Irish telecom company Eircom. Prior to that, he was CFO at KPN in the Netherlands. The appointment of Costermans coincides with the legal change in the structure regime of the DELTA and CAIW group.

As of 1 August, the legal structure regime of the DELTA and CAIW group will change. Step by step there will be one integrated telecom company (DELTA Fiber Nederland BV) and one integrated energy company (DELTA Energie BV). This will lead to a simplified legal structure and improved cooperation. Customers will not be affected by the changes; both brands DELTA and Caiway remain intact and keep their own product portfolio.

Group management complete

Day-to-day management of DELTA and CAIW is the responsibility of the group management. The board consists of Marco Visser (CEO), Huib Costermans (CFO), Albert Vergeer (CCO CAIW), Ludolf Rasterhoff (CCO DELTA Telecom), Roel Meijerink (CCO DELTA Energie), Michiel Admiraal (Business Development) and John Wittekamp (Group CTO).

Both works councils were positive when requested for an opinion on the legal change in the structure regime.
