ACM does not approve Glaspoort's acquisition of fiber optic connections

The Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) has not approved the acquisition of 200,000 DELTA Fiber fiber optic connections by Glaspoort. The regulator made this announcement.

DELTA Fiber will be reviewing ACM's decision and the accompanying report in the coming period. A substantive response will follow at a later time on this page.
